Continued from part 7.
This is the final part of this series, and I want to talk about the importance of having FUN.
25) ENJOY your 20s. Because you’re only going to get them once.
Now I was hesitant to publish this, so I waited to do it until the end. The reason is that this advice is audience specific.
What I mean by that is that whenever you say “make sure you have fun” or equivalent, you have to make sure that you are talking to people who are dedicated and serious, and not the general population.
This is because the general population is not serious and hardworking enough for them to actually need to schedule time to have fun. They need to do the opposite thing – schedule time to work.
To draw an analogy, if you are a serious trainee in the gym, a good coach will tell you that you should still keep things a bit fun and enjoy your time in the gym and get a cheat meal in once in a while instead of being overly serious all the time.
On the other hand, a good coach will never tell this to someone in the general population because they are already not training hard enough for them to need to even think about “having fun” (their entire life is a giant cheat meal and their entire training ethic is a joke anyway).
The average trainee needs to focus and work hard and show up consistently. He does not need to add fun and rest.
The serious trainee shows up consistently, trains more than necessary, and has achy joints and is always fatigued because he loves training so much that he never gets any rest. He needs to add some fun to his training.
If you are a regular LMM reader (which if you got to reading part 8, you probably are), the chances that you are a serious person who works hard and is trying to achieve more out of life is very high.
In other words, you are someone who probably works 12+ hours a day on your job and multiple online ventures, and you go to the gym regularly, and you read books, and take your life seriously because you are ambitious and want to get somewhere.
At least this is what I spent most of my 20s doing, and it paid off immensely.
I am fitter than 99% of people, richer than 99% of people, and have a great life where I do what I want most of the time (like writing online for free to help ambitious young men / send the elevator back down).
If I decide I want to stop working, I have more than enough money to last me the rest of my life on a very comfortable lifestyle.
So if you’re EXECUTING the advice on this website, and find yourself working 14+ hours on most days, you need to schedule some time to have some fun. You don’t need to do this if you merely read but execute nothing (mental masturbation).
1) Go out at least 2 times a week.
You want to go out at least 2 times a week otherwise your social skills will start to atrophy.
If you do not interact with humans, you will eventually become “socially awkward” and will have to spend time re-learning your social skills.
You can go out with your friends, or go out with girls on dates. Note that calling a fuckbuddy home does not count. Why? Because you didn’t go out of your house.
2) Mini-vacation at least once a quarter. Ideally twice.
When I say a mini-vacation, I mean anything 5 days or less, but at least 2 days.
There are lots of options. Take your car and drive somewhere. A road trip.
It could be a city close to you. Or nearby villages and towns to explore.
Or you can go camping. Or hiking (which I love).

You can learn more than you think from these trips. See what I learned from a small mountain village.
Take your friends or girlfriend along if she’s interested.
Travel cheap across your 20s. Avoid crowded locations and tourist spots if you can. Stay in cheap places and eat local food.
Most people never travel, and when they get older, they regret it. You are young, and you are fit, so you should make some time to travel and enjoy your life. You will only get to live it once.
3) Sleep with women.
Something I covered already. Building your game and sexual skills will serve you for life. Life is too short to spend masturbating to pornography.
Especially in the modern day when you can sleep with unlimited women with dating apps. Or cold approaching. Or whatever else you are good at.
Sex with real women is far more fun, and far more fulfilling than watching pornography and masturbating like a loser. BUILD YOUR GAME.
If you don’t know where to start, read The book of Pook and The Seduction Bible. Women are easier than you think. You just need to get a few girls under your belt and get comfortable with vibing with girls.
Your 20s are the perfect time to enjoy and experience many women. Don’t let your fear and insecurities rob you of the experience.
4) Do other stuff you enjoy.
Whatever it is. I’m not talking about escapism/feeding addictions type stuff (pornography, doomscrolling social media, watching reels, alcohol, smoking weed, etc.).
I mean stuff you truly enjoy. Like sports, or paint, or draw, or write, or whatever. CREATIVE FUN.
So… that’s it for this series.
Now you know everything you need to know to maximize your 20s.
All you gotta do is… TAKE ACTION.
