1) Fear of embarrassment is stupid.

No one cares about you enough to remember your embarrassments. People are simply too preoccupied with themselves. This leaves you free to experiment and fail.

You should take more risks and be ok with feeling fear/anxiety because it shows that you are growing. No one feels anxious when they’re in their comfort zone.

No one cares that you’re lusting after a chick and asked her out, or that you wanted to make more money so you sent out 1000 cold emails. You are either taking your shots or you are being left behind.

2) If you want to be successful, you need to grow fast.

Most people go through life and don’t learn much from it. They get linear growth at best. You want step function growth.

Step Function growth is a very big growth in a very short period of time, what people call “overnight success”.

If you cannot look back at yourself 5 years ago and literally laugh at some of your old beliefs about the world, you are not growing fast enough.

SPEED is the name of the game because life is limited. If something can help you get more life experience, do it, even if you don’t “feel like it”.

Have an interesting idea? Get it out to market in 30 days, not 6 months. Life is too short to spend 6 months on MVPs.

3) There is no such thing as job security.

The era of the loyal company man started dying when the internet went mainstream, and had its head chopped off by AI.

At this point, working a job is riskier than building a business, because with a business you at least have agency and control over your future.

With a modern job, you are not much more than a line in a spreadsheet who will be deleted the moment AI or a cheap foreigner learns how to do what you’re doing.

The party has just started. It’s going to get way better and faster in the next 5-10 years.

4) Being friends with average mediocre men can ruin your life.

There is nothing worse for your personal success than friendship with the average mediocre male.

Not only are their chances of success at life 0%, they are also incredibly jealous of anyone who tries to make it and will pull you down like a crab in the bucket.

Average women may hit on you to take their shot or be bitchy or indifferent, but mediocre dudes will try to ruin your life by sabotaging you in every way possible. They simply cannot handle seeing someone on their level do better than them.

As you become more successful, you will realize that the only real friends you have left are those who are also doing well and are happy in their own lives. Everyone else wants to pull you down, whether you realize it or not.

5) Sex is both very important and also unimportant.

Sex is not success and you haven’t achieved anything significant in the world just by having sex. It’s not the be all end all of the world.

At the same time, if you cannot get laid (sleeping with less than 1 new woman per month) you are simply a loser. No nicer way of putting it. You need to improve your attractiveness to women.

Sex is like money. It’s not everything, but if you’re broke, it means there’s something wrong with YOU (in case of money, it means low IQ and no balls). Sex and money are both indicators of competence in their realms.

By the time you hit 25, if you’ve not even been with 3-5 women, there is something seriously wrong (overserious, boring, nerd, fugly, overweight, etc.) and you need to fix it. Don’t cope with it. Fix it.

6) Stay in touch with modern technology.

Something you should realize by 25 is that you need to put in some effort to stay in touch with modern technology. If you don’t, then you will slowly become more and more outdated.

If you are 25 and you don’t know how to use modern tools like Openclaw, ComfyUI, Runpod, smart contracts, etc., you will be out of date in 10 years or less. And it will be very hard for you to catch up.

We will be living in a completely different world in the next 10 years. If you’re not trying to keep up, you will be left behind.

7) Average is shit.

Back in the day, average meant something. You could at least be assured of your livelihood.

Today average means nothing. It’s total shit. If you are average, you are basically screwed. You just don’t know it yet.

See, 10 years ago average people become low level managers to middle managers and then got “stuck” in their careers. But at least they kept making enough to live.

AI will soon be able to outperform average humans for many tasks (some would argue that we’re already here), so unless you are GOOD, you are not going to have work you can do.

You will soon need government help just to have food to eat. The necessary baseline to need a human is increasing every day with AI (even the military is using drones and AI now and will probably need fewer people in the future).

If you are good to exceptional, you will do fine. Your income will actually increase because you’ll be able to get more done by using AI tools. If you are mediocre, you are going to live off welfare.

8) Working long hours is hard and very few people do it.

Guys will say they’re working 80 hours a week, but in reality NOBODY can actually work 80 hours a week sustainably.

You can physically be in your office or in front of your computer 80 hours a week, but you cannot actually do productive work for 80 hours a week.

At BEST you can be productive for 60 hours a week. I’ve worked with tons of top level people and low level people to confirm this. So has Corporate Machiavelli and he agrees.

A good entrepreneur is productive for anywhere from 40-60 hours a week. Most employees give you anywhere from 20-30 hours of productive work a week (half as much).

You simply cannot work more than that because the quality of work declines so much that it becomes counterproductive. You are better off not working after a certain point.

Less than 2% of people work “long hours” even though 98% of people claim to work long hours. What happens in reality is that people spend a lot of hours in the office, only a few of which are productive.

If the average person was nearly as productive as he thinks he is, he would be making more than he currently is.

Most older people make less than $150k a year, which basically signifies that they are either low IQ, lazy, pussies who can’t take risks, or as is the usual case, they are all 3.

9) Your clothes and appearance matter.

People will judge you by your appearance. They will judge your product by the packaging and design. They will buy books based on how good the cover looks.

It is simply how reality works.

People find out the true worth of something *after* consumption. But to get them to consume it, you need to make it enticing to consume. Which means you need to work on the packaging, design, and in the human case, clothing and appearance.

If you do not care for how you look, you are basically shooting yourself in the foot.

10) Sales skills and your commercial instinct matter more than what you can do.

Luxury brands sell clothes and items in the tens of thousands of dollars that are made by factory workers who make $10 a day or less.

Simply being able to manipulate matter well does not mean you will be rich. At best you will make a little more than the fellow next to you.

If you want to make real money, you need good sales skills and good commercial instincts. The actual work can be delegated and outsourced to people who are good at “doing” for pennies on the dollar.

You want to be the guy doing the sales, not the guy doing production. Sales is far more of a useful skill than being able to manipulate matter from one shape to another.

The life of the “hard worker” is… hard. Hard work is important, but it should not be your main quality. You are not a day laborer.

11) Your standards were too low.

Literally anyone can be a millionaire and literally any idiot can make $100k a year if they put their mind to it. These are rookie numbers.

If you were focused in your early 20s and built any online business, you should already be on track to hitting these numbers by the time you’re 25, if you haven’t gotten there already.

People who think “6 figures” is something to write home about are simply revealing that they have failed at life. No one with real money talks like that (X “figures”).

12) Value > Price.

There is no such thing as “expensive”. If you think everything is expensive, it means that you are broke.

What actually matters is that the thing provides more value than the price you pay. It could be $1 or $1000 or $10000000, as long as the value is higher than what you pay, it’s a good deal.

A $500 course that helps you make $5000 is well worth the money, even though broke people act as if $500 for a course automatically means “overpriced”.

It basically means that they don’t understand the concept of value (typical broke person trait). The only thing they care about is cheap.

13) Most women will do whatever it takes to get what they want.

Women in general are less honorable than men because most of the time, they neither care for nor understand the concept of honor. They appreciate it in men, but not in themselves.

As such, women are highly likely to do things such as:

  • Break up with you in case it is possible for them to date a much better man
  • Spread rumors about people they do not like to get revenge, or even just out of jealousy
  • Avoid all responsibility for their actions by shedding fake tears, blaming other people, playing the victim, etc.
  • Simply forget all past favors owed to someone who can no longer do anything for them (they share this trait with politicians)

This is not to say that men do not do dishonorable things. It just means that women are more likely to do them, and more likely to get away with doing them.

14) Calories in calories out.

By the age of 25, you should have figured out how to regulate your food intake and your body weight. You should be lean, even if you are not especially muscular yet (building muscle takes time).

If you are overweight (stomach not flat, outline of abs not visible), it means that you either:

  1. Have no discipline: This can be fixed by doing the Live Intentionally: 90 Day Self-Improvement Program
  2. Don’t actually care about your health: Retardation has no fix.

15) Jealousy makes no sense.

It makes no sense to be jealous of others. Jealousy is one of those sins where you only feel pain. At least with the other big sins, you get some temporary pleasure.

As a grown man, you should learn to either ignore or get inspired.

If someone achieved something via sheer luck (like winning a lottery), ignore it. If someone achieved something through effort, skill, or talent, figure out what they’re doing and replicate it.

For example, most beta males are jealous of men who get laid a lot. They HATE it and will get visibly upset at the thought of the “sluts” who “sleep around with jerks” while they can’t even get laid once a month.

They never realize that they can just figure out what the successful guys are doing and just learn from it. You can literally read my free book No-BS Casual Dating and improve your dating life overnight.

By the time you hit 25, you should almost never be highly envious of others and should have made either seeking to learn/copy or ignoring your default behaviors.
