This is where you chose to be every single day of your life.
If you wanted to lose weight, you’d have lost it already.

There is no need for “time management” and things of that sort. If you want something, you make time for it.
Yeah, bullshit happens.
Sometimes you just have a big crisis that forces you into a terrible situation.

But over the long run, it’s your day to day decisions that bring you where you are.
Like they say – don’t tell me your priorities. Show me.
If you say you want to be fit and lose weight, why are you drinking that beer and eating those fries?
You are lying. Not just to me but also to yourself.
If you want to start a business, why are you watching TV after work? If you actually wanted it, you’d do a 6 to 12 after your 9 to 5.
You don’t have to explain it to me. The truth is obvious.
This is not about discipline, willpower, or habits.
You don’t need discipline to show up for lunch, do you? You just want lunch so you eat it.
If your life sucks, or you hate your job, or are fat, or struggle with women, or anything else like that which drastically drags your quality of life down – why haven’t you done anything about it yet?
Why haven’t you started a WiFi Money business?
Why haven’t you figured out something as simple as talking to women?
Why haven’t you lost weight?
The solutions are out there on the internet.
There are free videos on YouTube and articles that can be found with Google.
There are paid courses on all topics taught by actual experts. You can find them in 10 minutes of searching.
You spent more time searching for that perfect porn video than you did searching and implementing a solution for what you say you “want”.
This is the sad truth you won’t admit.
Buy ANY guide on fat loss and follow it. Most of them give pretty similar advice and they all work.
Losing fat is that simple. In fact, this topic has so much good information freely available that you can just find all the info you need from a quick YouTube search.
If you did not want to be fat, you would not be fat.
If your life is shit, you have chosen your shit life yourself.
And you are OK with it. Or you would be doing something about it.
If you have a toothache, do you procrastinate on going to the dentist or do you book the next slot and get it fixed ASAP?
If you truly hated your life, you’d be fixing it ASAP too.
The reality is that you like your life. Even though it’s shit, it’s very comfortable.
Look, you don’t need to explain it to me. This is your life and you can live it however you want to live it.
Just don’t act like this is all an accident and you have no idea how you got here.
