Cod Liver Oil (India, USA): Cod liver oil is a great dietary supplement that contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and vitamin A. It helps prevent arthritis, improves brain function and bone health, along with a host of other benefits for your body. Additionally, if you work indoors, Cod Liver Oil supplies some much needed Vitamin D – improving your overall mood and happiness.
Turmeric (India, UK, USA): Turmeric has a variety of health benefits – it’s anti-inflammatory, good for your brain, reduces your risk for cancer, improves digestion, and helps balance your hormones. It forms an integral part of Ayurveda. I have a small amount of turmeric everyday – dissolved in my milk, right before going to bed
Privacy Related Products
Private Internet Access: A simple install and use software that helps you protect your privacy online, mask your IP address, encrypts your data (especially useful when using public wifi), and blocks advertisements and malware online. It also helps you bypass censorship, as you can change your IP location (“This video is unavailable in your country” – just connect from another country). I reviewed Private Interenet Access here.
Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (India, UK, USA): This is an amazing e-book reader from Amazon. I use it to read a lot of books – because it’s portable, easy to use, and most importantly, it doesn’t strain your eyes. This version has the best value for money. Plus, it pays for itself as e-books are much cheaper than physical books.
Online Learning Platform
Skillshare: Skillshare is an online learning platform that can help you acquire the skills you need to start a side business. I usually watch Skillshare videos while eating dinner. Its a much better use of time as compared to watching TV. You can get 2 months free with this link.
HyperX Alloy FPS Mechanical Keyboard (India, UK, USA): If you spend a lot of time typing, you should get yourself a mechanical keyboard. It feels MUCH better than a traditional rubber dome keyboard and will last you years. Opt for the Cherry MX Brown switch.
