Cod Liver Oil: Cod liver oil is an excellent dietary supplement that contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and vitamin A. It helps prevent arthritis, improves brain function and bone health, along with a host of other benefits for your body. Additionally, if you work indoors, Cod Liver Oil supplies some much-needed Vitamin D – improving your overall mood and happiness.
Turmeric (India, USA): Turmeric has a variety of health benefits – it’s anti-inflammatory, good for your brain, reduces your risk for cancer, improves digestion, and helps balance your hormones. It forms an integral part of Ayurveda. I have a small amount of turmeric every day – dissolved in my milk, right before going to bed.
Private Internet Access: A simple install and use software that helps you protect your privacy online, mask your IP address, encrypts your data (especially useful when using public wifi), and blocks advertisements and malware online. It also helps you bypass censorship, as you can change your IP location (“This video is unavailable in your country” – just connect from another country). I reviewed Private Internet Access here.
Namecheap: Namecheap is one of the best (and the cheapest!) places to get your domain from. At all times, you should be in ownership of your FirstnameLastname.com to prevent defamation and establish your presence online. They also have cheap starter hosting available if you’re interested.
Zlappo: This is the Twitter scheduler I use. It can post threads and automatically creates images of your tweets for posting on Instagram – something that no other scheduler does. If you’re trying to automate your Twitter, this is the software I’d use.
Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (India, UK, USA): This is a fantastic e-book reader from Amazon. I use it to read a lot of books – because it’s portable, easy to use, and most importantly, it doesn’t strain your eyes. This version has the best value for money. Plus, it pays for itself as e-books are much cheaper than physical books.
